    Aspiring business man, who believes when business is done right, everyone benefits, and when it’s done wrong, everyone loses out.
    Started out in sales, before moving to 2 Sisters Food Group as part of a Future Leaders Graduate Scheme, where I shadowed the Director of Procurement, and assisted in the management of the function, and deliverance of the P&L. I learnt the importance of negotiation in a large organisation, both internal and external, and how to deal with stakeholders and suppliers in a way that got the best result.
    Moving on from here I progressed into buying for a period of time, before being recruited by BirdsEye to manage the procurement of the co-pack portfolio across Europe.
    Credentials includes a degree in Business Economics, CIPS qualified and GAP partnership training; The Complete Skilled Negotiator and The Strategic Negotiator.
