    Malcolm is currently responsible for the introduction of Lean methods and Lean thinking across ABP’s 15 UK sites. Prior to joining ABP in early 2014 Malcolm has held senior operations roles at:
    Andros UK Limited who Operate 25 factories worldwide, its four main product categories include: Processed Fruits, Dairy Products, Biscuits and Confectionery.

    Norseland Ltd the UK based, wholly-owned subsidiary of Tine SA, Norway’s largest producer, distributor and exporter of dairy products employing over 5500 people worldwide.

    Lactalis, the world’s second largest dairy products company with 125 industrial units world-wide and Group turnover of 10 billion euros.

    Pepsico/Walkers, Walkers is Frito-Lay’s largest and most profitable European division producing over 11million packets of salty snacks every day.
